"Everything was great but they are really weird about the pool and you have to reserve it in hour long blocks on the weekends. Not a huge deal but would have booked something cheaper without a pool if I knew it was a strict schedule.
Not a deal breaker and the hotel was in a great location to sites and very nice everything breakfast was included with the package and it was the best I have ever had."

"The hotel was clean, nice, had luxurious feel at entry, the room was ok ( although quite average for a 5 star hotel and had to call maintenance for a few issues like A/C and lighting not working) However , what really annoyed and frustrated us was lack of proper service and support from front desk staff. It seemed they are always in rush and would not care or even listen to our requests as if we are bothering them ! It felt we either had to have a channel bag in hand or be Korean to get proper...

"We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Hyatt Seoul. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our visit. We normally ate breakfast in a city restaurant or market, but when we did have the hotel's buffet breakfast it was excellent with lots of choices. Having the dinner at Tenkai was one of the highlights of our trip. Our king city-view room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable, with memorable views of Seoul. Sunrise over Seoul perfection!
The location was perfect...

"My wife and I had a great stay at Signeil for our honeymoon. The hotel embodies what I imagine a true 5/5 star hotel would be versus other ordinary 5 star hotels you see around town.
From the moment we exited the taxi we always had atleast 1 staff member within earshot who would tend to our questions/needs. They had multiple staff member on rotation at all stations around the hotel. You'd never see an empty service desk and you didn't have to wait long if at all to be tended to.
Our room was...
