"Apartment with kitchen and laundry facilities, central to the theatres restaurants, Chinatown, tram stop right outside. Owner easy to communicate with gave a discount due to temporary problems with air conditioner that were beyond his controll. We will definately stay on our next trip to melbourne"

"The only issue was that we didn’t get any help when we called for help though we couldn’t close the window. The man ho answered just said: I don’t have any staff to send. I just said that we must cop usch it harder. He even said, don’t you have a man who can help you? . He finished the and said I’ll call you back. He didn’t call back!"
