"Mistakenly made reservations for the wrong night and the company would not allow me to reschedule or cancel the booking. The property manager never even contacted me personally nor was I able to speak to any staff for a solution. The booking was accidentally made, and there was ample amount of time to find a solution, but I never heard from them."

"Really loved the layout we had a couple and a single person who had our own rooms within the room, the clean simplicity was comfortable, for the price it was a lot of amenities and we liked being able to come and go as we pleased with just our codes. There was an attendant that introduced themselves and the property was very responsive when messaging through the Expedia app throughout our stay. To top it off the bathroom soaps/shampoos etc smelled amazing. I forgot to pack enough clean...

"Great stay. This was my second time staying at this location. Dionte was amazing and showed great courtesy for the duration of the stay. Elizabeth was also very nice and courteous. Breakfast was fresh and the breakfast attendant was made sure we had fresh breakfast and kept the area tidy. I will be returning back to this location soon. Clean bedroom, well designed, accommodating staff, and good food in the restaurant. They Pride decor and accessories was fun to have to take to the parade.
