"Room was a dirty and when it came to checkout the staff knocked and let themselves in after my wife said loud and clear that we were still in here 15 mins before checkout time."

"Front desk was really nice and friendly. The King room was not ready so we were assigned two Queen beds room ... not what we really wanted. Pool was nice but did not open until 5pm. Room was mostly clean but we only had ONE serving of coffee in the morning. In addition, the slide in piece for coffee was the wrong size so we could not make coffee in the room. Lastly, the plastic rods to close the curtains were broken so we had to adjust. "

"Bathroom did not have a shower curtain, I had to call to have somebody bring one up. The rooms are clean, however, breakfast was nonexistent. Excuse was that they lost power at night. However, staying at the same hotel did not notice any power loss."
