"The airport shuttle we chose was excellent. The welcoming was a quick process. Problem.... I notified our concierge the morning after check-in regarding a bar of soap still in our shower with hair on it. For the next two days I had to remind the staff to remove the soap. Could I have removed it? Sure, but it was the principle. They did finally remove the soap however the hair was still there. "My friend and I really enjoyed our stay at Landings Resort. The property is well-designed with both marina and beach access. We even got upgraded to a larger suite. There was a nice gym and tennis court which we used everyday. The Suru restaurant had good food except don’t order the chicken katsu roll. The only issues were: service was slow, our hot tub was lukewarm and no one came to fix it after request, and the coffee shop made terrible coffee and chai lattes. Would stay here again but eat...
