Merkel was our main bulter during our stay as we had him for 6 of the 8 days (check out day he was off). He always made sure we were good and was excellent to inform us if any delays were occuring. Top notch service. A ton of space available on the beach and having a ton of restaurants and pool options helped.

The room was nice and clean. Miss Jacqueline my cleaning staff was so pleasant and attentive and truly appreciated her! Tashael in Guest Services was extremely helpful and available my entire stay. She was THE BEST!! I appreciate all her help and she decorated my room so beautifully! All the ladies in Guest Services are so nice and pleasant and professional. I had a small issue with my air late at night and maintenance guy with long locs came for it tighter he was very patient because I wasn’t ready for him to enter the room when he came he had to wait. The staff overall were nice to me and I enjoyed them having conversation. The property is clean and well kept. I would prefer more staff on the weekends and the food was subpar. Overall I give it a 7.8

El servicio de restaurante muy regular , el restaurante buffet tiene un olor desagradable a huevo revuelto que se quita las ganas de comer, las escaleras internas un desorden y falta de aseo , los mesones de las barras del Bar huelen súper mal , falta mucha administración , que lástima por que otros Royalton no son así , además un lugar tan bonito y tan descuidado .

Since it wasn’t busy time at the resort, you definitely noticed a lot of guest complaints. Refrigerator was not stocked up every day. She’s very disappointed.

Clean room, great dual showers in some rooms. The staff for facilities was amazing. Elijah was the best. Merkel made things happen and showed up in an amazing fashion. There was a chef whom was in the buffett on the seafood station, across from the meat. Then he was the chef Japanese grill. I dont recall his name, but he too was amazing. He also recalled us as a group, he also made sure we had fun at the grill. Great memories were created with his help and guidance.

Compared to many other allinclusives that I have stayed at I didn’t dind the staff particularly friendly. I also did not like that I could not get dinner reservations until Day 4 of my trip. I don’t come to all inclusives to serve myself cafeteria style in the buffet which was just ok.

Rooms were awesome. Food was ok.. buffet was the best. Hanging with the locals was most fun! Definitely recommend going to the Royalton in St Lucia!

The Royalton tricks you into thinking it is amazing hotel. But the food is absolutely terrible, they run out of food and drinks and it was not even busy. It’s a 2 hour drive from the airport to the hotel. They only have the cheapest wine possible for the included wine and no options. The buffet don’t even try to eat there. The culinary experience we did was $200 for vegetarian food.

The service was terrible before I arrived I wanted a birthday setup the man never responded to me. Also I left my sunglasses in the room they stole them and never returned them I called plenty of times to retrieve them

For this price point I would expect linens (washcloths) in the room for the full party. I’m still waiting for washcloths when they were zero in the room. The elevators did not always work. Food was average at best. This is a three star property on its very best day. Would not recommend this property to anyone - especially at this price point.

We stayed at Royalton Saint Lucia during the Christmas holidays in December 2025 and had an overall enjoyable experience. The natural surroundings are beautiful. The beach was clean with white sand and clear water, and the lush greenery around the resort created a very relaxing Caribbean atmosphere. Our room had a lovely view and a large balcony. We stayed in a standard family room, which was spacious, bright, and comfortable. The resort itself is well designed, with multiple restaurants and clean, well-maintained pools. One thing we really appreciated was that it never felt overcrowded; there were enough guests to keep the vibe pleasant without feeling busy or uncomfortable. On the downside, the distance from the airport is quite long, about a two hour drive, as the airport is in the south of the island and the resort is in the north. While the location is scenic and arguably worth it, the travel day was tiring. The food across the restaurants was average overall and did not stand out. More importantly, the service culture, especially in the restaurants, felt less warm and welcoming than expected. Based on our experiences at other Caribbean resorts, particularly in Mexico, the staff here seemed less engaging and less well trained for a five star resort. Considering the cost of the stay, this was disappointing. Housekeeping also had some inconsistencies. When items were missing from the room, we often had to call multiple times before they were delivered.

This resort was very nice. The staff were amazing!! The food was mediocre but better than most all inclusive resorts. The night time entertainment was fun but didn’t last long. Pools were beautiful and the beach was out of this world. I would definitely recommend this to resort.

The eating options were extremely limited. You can take a taxi to eat offsite but the taxis are expensive. The property itself is beautiful, very clean and the staff were very friendly.

Let me start off by saying I would not stay in this hotel again if someone paid me. Yes it was that bad. Upon booking my room I chose an ocean view room, when I went out on the balcony it was a partial ocean view, & right outside was the kids play area (which I was not happy about) when I called down to see about switching my room they said they didn’t have any available at the moment & would follow up with me the next day but never did. Then my room was right by the stairwell with the exit & the alarm kept going off during the night. I had to go to guest services and it wasn’t until two days prior to me checking out that they switched my room. My first room, the tub was dirty, the sheets was dirty. Then in the second room, everything was dirty. The food at the buffet was less than satisfactory. The portions sizes at the steakhouse were very small. The drinks were terrible.The app needed to make reservations for restaurants didn’t work. The only positive thing is the staff was nice. After speaking with other guest & people outside of the resort it was recommended to stay at Sandals the next time I come to St.Lucia.
