"Staff can be rude most times. Very disorganized, tried booking excursions and despite being in lobby at time written on the form, they claim the driver already left the resort. 7 hours after the fact kept calling my room asking for the form because they still hadn’t canceled it in their system , when it’s their fault it had to be cancelled. Have to wrestle to get bartenders/pool staff to notice and service you, otherwise you’ll be waiting forever just to place an order. I can see a staffer once...

"My family stayed here and we enjoyed the rooms, amenities, and excursions. We had a two bedroom villa with two bathrooms and a kitchen and the staff was nice and scenery was gorgeous. There was a ton of water sports and we did an inclusive sailing tour with a visit to sugar beach that was memorable."

"The photos online really don’t do this resort justice. We were there for carnival so we didn’t get to enjoy as much of the property as we would’ve liked to or take advantage of all the resort offers. However, our room was much larger than imagined. Very clean. Large balcony with a jacuzzi. The staff was very sweet, from front desk, to housekeeping. The resort is very close to the main strip of Rodney Bay. Only downside was in-room dining ended at 10 or 10:30pm and there was a $20 delivery fee,...
