"Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. Most of the staff were friendly, but the service was very inconsistent, especially from the front desk and management. Restaurant and room service were also quite slow.

"I did not like the nightly food that was specifically prepared for me n my family.i stayed for 5 nights and the only time i enjoyed my dinner was the last night before i left.It was Caribbean night. I did not like Italian night,or French night and it was not much of a variety for me. "My stay at Mystic by Royalton in St. Lucia was extremely disappointing. The resort is below standards, has recently been bought out by Royalton and will be shutting down for demolishing starting August. Old and broken fixtures throughout, indicating a severe lack of maintenance. Walls were moldy and demonstrated water damage. The resort was filthy.
The customer service was poor, with unprofessional staff who did not seem to care about guest satisfaction.
