"We had an absolutely amazing time celebrating our 20th anniversary. Only thing I didn't like was they switched our room to get us a room faster... housekeeping was still cleaning them. I was told it was the same type of room but we got dropped from a king bed to double queens. But nothing to ruin our trip. Otherwise, everyone was very welcoming and helpful, and food was fantastic. We're already planning a trip back but this time we're taking the kids."

"Great location within walking distance to the beach, grocery store and pharmacy. We enjoyed our stay at Coco Palm. However, the breakfast could definitely improve - after three days the options felt very repetitive."

"Unfortunately this property should be labeled as a hotel, not a resort. Needs major upgrade and more amenities. The meals/buffet was wayyy too much money for what was being served. I won’t be visiting again."

"This was our first time in St. Lucia and it was fantastic. The Stonefield property is beautiful and the people (Fiera!) are very welcoming and helpful. We stayed in the Ocean/Piton view villa Flamboyant (#3 on the resort map) and it was fantastic. Very private and secluded. Wonderful views of the ocean and petit piton at the same time. "My stay at Mystic by Royalton in St. Lucia was extremely disappointing. The resort is below standards, has recently been bought out by Royalton and will be shutting down for demolishing starting August. Old and broken fixtures throughout, indicating a severe lack of maintenance. Walls were moldy and demonstrated water damage. The resort was filthy.
The customer service was poor, with unprofessional staff who did not seem to care about guest satisfaction.
