"It is no wonder this is such a popular resort. The staff were outstanding…too many to mention, but here are a few: Lovina buffet restaurant), Rose (housekeeping), Kershana (activities) and yoga master Vernon!
Food was great, esp on the Verandah and Trattoria. Only negative was Hermina at the reservations desk…her blunt negative attitude stood out amongst everyone else’s easy, friendly demeanour.
The resort did a commendable job clearing out the sargassum each morning. And it was a pleasant...

"This location is superb! The flowers, beach and pool. The staff are professional and kind. The food is very good and changes every day. We stayed on site the entire time. It made us very content and happily relaxed."

"The most beautiful place in the world. It was so relaxing the property is beautiful and clean. The staff was amazing !!"

"My stay at Mystic by Royalton in St. Lucia was extremely disappointing. The resort is below standards, has recently been bought out by Royalton and will be shutting down for demolishing starting August. Old and broken fixtures throughout, indicating a severe lack of maintenance. Walls were moldy and demonstrated water damage. The resort was filthy.
The customer service was poor, with unprofessional staff who did not seem to care about guest satisfaction.
