"My overall experience was amazing. The daily treatments and the full day of activities was very unique & different. My therapist made the trip memorable and worth a return visit. My 1st treatment was done by Tricia and she was very good at what she does. Followed by Sharon, then Sherry (I believe that was her name) and ended with Mesha. Mesha sent me home ready to book my return trip 😊 All the ladies had their own unique style and they all were great at the services they provided. The entire staff was very friendly, polite and accommodating. No request went unaddressed. Hanna adjusted our complete treatment schedule to accommodate out wish to receiving treatments at the same. time. Thank you Hanna. We were always pleasantly greeted by Liz (or Elizabeth) for dinner. No request was ever too much for any of the staff. I completely understand why so many people visit Body Holiday year after year. A place everyone should visit at least once. A couple things to note: it wasn’t bad or a problem for me but some people may find it useful information. * It’s an all inclusive resort but there is no food served after 9:30 p.m. It’s a wellness themed resort so an excellent health benefit. * There’s no TV in the rooms. Again, I don’t watch tv at home so it wasn’t a problem for me but something some people may want to know. * Our 90 minute ride to and from the airport ended up being over two hours with traffic. But- the experience was WORTH IT! Just beware!"

"Beautiful hotel and quiet location. Beach is beautiful. You would definitely require a car as you cannot walk anywhere off the property, unless you get a taxi. Overall a wonderful stay"

"Nice hotel, nice views, perfect beach for swimming with no sargassum (unlike the south coast that got whacked). Of note; almost all rooms require the shuttle. It is well run and wait times are usually only a couple minutes, occasionally up to 10 minutes. It does however provide an additional barrier between the room and the beach. Restaurants are pretty good, on par with other Caribbean islands, not 5 stars but good enough. The prices are reasonable (despite negative reviews about it, they are on par with or US cities). The portion sizes, particularly on the appetizers, need to be increased, some are embarrassingly small."
