"The room was very clean, and the staff was very nice to us. Check-in was super easy and fast, the woman who greeted us was very kind and asked us about our stay. The lady who prepared breakfast was also very nice, she was always checking if there was enough food and if everyone was satisfied as if it were a restaurant. We’ll definitely be back to this hotel when visiting Greeneville again."

"The tile bathroom and LVP floors in the room were so dirty. The towels got wet from the shower and it picked up all this dirt as the towell scooted around the floor. It’s nasty. They need to mop the floors. The backside of the building has cobwebs and all kinds of other crap on it. Doesn’t look like they power washed the building in years. "
