The hotel has a unique smell when you walk in the door to check in and your room. Staff was friendly and gave us a cookie at check in. The room was clean and close to restaurant and shopping.

the room was clean and neat, did not smell. the overall complext was very clean. the staff were very accommodating, and they have a breakfast spread. definitely will stay here again.

This is a great hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had several options and I felt very safe in the area. I would stay here again.

Not a very clean hotel, the floors in the room weren't swept. The entrance, hallways, and elevator had a terrible smell everyday of our stay.

The hotel was clean throughout. The breakfast was acceptable. There was a lot of noise late at night and early in the morning. The worst thing that happened while there was having two credit cards hacked. One was the card used for "incidentals" and the other was a card I used on a previous stay at that hotel.

Nastiest place ever! Checked out after 15 min! Told the desk clerk and she said they had a 24 hour cancellation policy and I said” I’m not cancelling, I’m checking out “ Dirty, stained comforters. Dirty floors. Mold and fungus growing thick on shower head! I will be getting a refund and I will be contacting the local health department and chamber of commerce.

Room was dirty, breakfast was poor, coffee was disgusting, apple juice was nothing but water, pool was not functioning and we were not advised of this before making reservations, ice machine was inoperable. A total and complete failure and we are considering not EVER staying at Quality inn again...

The hotel is definitely not worth what I paid for it, especially in a small town like Greeneville. I was there for just one night for a funeral, so I didn’t need much, but I was still disappointed. The walls are paper thin, and I could hear the nocturnal activities of the guests next to me quite easily. I’m just glad I didn’t have my kids with me. The breakfast was one of the worst I’ve had at any hotel. The location was good and the facilities were overall clean, but definitely in need of some updates. I did not use the pool, but it looked pretty sketchy. I will not be staying here again.

The first room the fridge didn't work so the girl moved me. I was grateful for that. Then the tv didn't work and the phone didn't work. The girl came to the room and "fixed" the tv. I was heading to bed, killing gnats, and then I crawled into bed and saw a roach on the wall. I killed it.
