"Cleanliness of the property is very very high standard. Everything was clean. Staff is helpful and polite. Rooms are big. Breakfast is nice they provide one fasting preparation. I enjoyed my stay."

"Really dated I booked an indulgence room. It was terrible Swimming pool is in the shade and really cold water. Only 6 sun loungers around it because nobody went in the pool. Clean towels supplied smelt horrible. Always got dirty feet when I had a shower as they obviously don’t clean the floor"

"The staff were more than helpful, the pool area was ok, the breakfast was the same everyday and at best average. The rooms were terrible, old with many defects, we had to move rooms, but the supposed upgrade was poor. This hotel is most definitely not 4 star, possibly 2 star or 3 at a push, but that would be for the helpful staff. "Everything about this place from check in to check out was amazing. The check in was seamless, the staff is extremely courteous and responsive. The two onsite restaurants are wonderful. The infinity pool and bar is perfect. We also got massages at the spa and Becky and Raziya were so professional. Valencia and the hotel staff were also wonderful. Highly recommend."
