"Our first mini break away alone, in 13 years and it didn't dissapoint.
Anne is the most lovely host, so organised, courteous and kind, nothing was too much trouble.
We were a little hot in the small double room, however Anne quickly provided a fan that assisted well.
Breakfast was very tasty and scheduled for a time to suit us. Anne was very accommodating to my intolerances and catered with alternative milk and yoghurt.
When booking I was unsure if booking the pool would be inconvenient,...

"Lovely guest house in a quiet area, but just a few minutes walk from the sea front
We received a lovely warm welcome from Lynn & Scott
Our room with an en suite bathroom with a shower was lovely fresh & clean
The bed and pillows were super comfortable
We were there to celebrate my husband’s 65th birthday and a card & celebration banner were left in the room. Such a nice touch and so thoughtful
Breakfast the following morning was delicious and very substantial
