"I had a wonderful stay at the Renaissance Daytona Beach Oceanfront Hotel. I arrived late, but valet and check-in were both seamless. The lady who checked me in was incredibly kind and placed me on a higher floor, which I really appreciated—the oceanfront views were absolutely breathtaking! I stayed in a King Suite with an oceanfront balcony, and the room was modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. There was an incredible amount of storage, including two large pull-out drawers in the bathroom and plenty of closet and drawer space in the wardrobe. The small refrigerator was convenient, and the warm, cozy robe was a nice touch. The bathroom was beautiful, especially the huge walk-in shower with both a rainfall and handheld showerhead. The water pressure was excellent! My only suggestion would be to add a shelf inside the shower for guests’ personal toiletries. The hotel itself has a sleek, upscale atmosphere. The hallways were extremely quiet, and I swear the elevator somehow knew whenever I was leaving my room because it was always incredibly quick to arrive! The pool area was one of my favorite parts of the stay. The poolside restaurant and bar were delightful, the bartenders were friendly, and relaxing in the pool while enjoying drinks from the bar with the ocean nearby was magnificent. Between the gorgeous property, comfortable suite, thoughtful amenities, friendly service, beautiful pool area, and spectacular ocean views, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay."

"Paid for “Ocean View” got a partial one with full view of a restaurant and they were loud (not good for a family with little ones or sensitive ears) I was welcomed to roaches in the room, room should have been cleaner! Parking was a nightmare to find! The pool was nice but being so close to the beach was awesome! (The gate from the pool to the beach doesn’t work so you have to open it from the inside) Staff was friendly."
