"I've stayed here a few times previously, all of those visits were ok - even bettter than average. This most recent visit was unfortunately NOT good.
First, the TV was unplugged. I asked the front desk if there was a reason for this, there wasn't. I moved a very heavy piece of furniture (with the microwave & fridge inside) to plug the TV in, by myself.
Second, there was a lot of noise! Not humans, not road sounds, it was like heavy equipment moving around (all NIGHT!) in the walls & ceiling!
Third, they put a $30 "hold" on my credit card for incidentals. I left the room better than I found it & was still charged the $30 deposit fee without an explanation!
Fourth, the shower was awful. The little deal you pull up to switch water from the bathtub fill to shower head only went about 1/2 way, rendering the shower head water pressure very weak.
Fifth, the hot tub was a nasty bubble bath - even after the staff put an anti-foaming agent in. No thanks.
They need to do better, I'll find another place to stay next time."
