The listing advertised a ‘top rated breakfast’ and an ‘arcade/game room’, but breakfast was unavailable and there was no games room. The hotel was also in the middle of major construction works, making it feel more like a building site than a hotel, with intrusive noise from around 8am each morning. Staff were elusive and not attentive. Worse still, the breakfast refund promised at check-in has never been paid, and multiple attempts to contact the hotel have gone unanswered without even an acknowledgement. Poorly managed, poorly communicated, and not as described."
