"Leider hat die Klimaanlage auf dem Zimmer nicht funktioniert. Es war in dem Zimmer eine sehr stickige Luft und man konnte die Fenster nicht öffnen. Im Innenhof war es leider sehr laut, da gegenüber eine Kneipe ist, die bis spät in die Nacht auch im Außenbereich sehr belebt ist. Für uns war es leider kein schöner Aufenthalt."

Took ages both mornings for someone to actually seat us for breakfast and then we were forgotten twice when we asked for more tea. The hotel looked beautiful and reception staff very friendly but our room was not cleaned, our tv did not work and we had no teabags in our room, just basic things you would have thought. "Die Kommunikation verlief über WhatsApp und ging eigentlich ganz gut. Mit dem Auto ist es jedoch sehr schlecht zu erreichen, weil es kaum Parkplätze gibt."

"Excellent central location. Hotel has been beautifully renovated keeping many of the original features. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable. One very minor criticism would be the mattress protector which had a very high plastic content so made for a sweaty night. But everything else in the room was spot on."
