Toiletries were all set up, toiletries were restocked whilst I was out. Staff are exceptional, service was 5* Rated it 3* on the basis that my hotel deposit of €100 was not refunded fully, despite not using anything in the room. For a luxury hotel, this was something that shouldn’t have been missed. "

"Volkshotel was amazing. I stayed in a sleeper cabin which was cheap but plenty comfortable and somehow pretty quiet despite shared space right outside the door (I was there during the week so it might have been less busy). The tubs and sauna on the roof were absolutely amazing and the rooftop bar/restaurant was a total treat. The breakfast they offer was delicious and a screaming deal and the hotel is right on the metro line so despite it not being in the tourist center of the city, it is only about a 10 minute ride to Central Station. Surrounded by a more local neighborhood and beautiful parks, I had the best stay here and would recommend it to anyone traveling to the city! "
