"A little offbeat but close to the airport with a 24/7 shuttle that runs once an hour only. The hotel looks newish and modern but just feels understaffed or not complete. The pool was nice but the floor was disgusting. The sauna didn’t work and although someone complained twice, nobody came to reset it for 45 mins. The phones never connected to the front desk or room service (busy tone). The front desk staff were nice when you came to talk to them. Restaurant was ok but severely understaffed. One...

"I would not recommend this property. The hotel is very, very old, outdated and run down. Even if the staff works hard to keep it clean, there are so many chips, stains and scuffs along the walls and floors that the whole building shows grime and disrepair. The carpet seems threadbare. There is no elevator (which I knew ahead of time) which could be inconvenient for travellers with mobility or accessibility needs. The hallways are dimly lit, there was trash strewn around the carpet of the second...

"Hubby and I, very much enjoyed our stay here together. It was quiet, clean and the pool was great. The restaurant was a different experience, though the food was 50/100. My steak was done well, but my fries and piece of toast, was mediocre at best. My husband ordered a chicken parm & that was done alright as well."

"Air conditioner not working properly, and loud. Room was so bright it was hard to sleep. elevator was dirty had straw all over the floor. There was no water from midnight to 4 o’clock in the morning, we read this posting in the elevator. Had they told us when we checked in we would’ve went somewhere else as the use of water is medically needed."

"We were assigned a room on the 2nd floor with a bunch of barking dogs. Also next to the service/utility room. Noise and banging started at 515 am."

"Kids were running through the hallways late at night and early in the morning. Kids are kids, but after notifying the front desk, nothing was done. The gym was also full of unsupervised kids, so we couldn’t use it. We missed our prepaid breakfast by just a few minutes after being woken up early, and the restaurant refused to serve us. The front desk simply handed us a business card and told us to call with our complaints. Very disappointing customer service."

"The place was clean and the staff were friendly. One of the elevators stopped working while we were there. The other elevator was making some concerning scrapping sounds as it came to a stop. The breakfast wasn’t ready when they opened and the cheese omelettes were cold."

"Everything was amazing, I’d say the ONLY issue I found was the lack of AC, we turned the thermostat way down to hopefully get it going but no luck. Ended up opening the window and given how tiny it is, it didn’t do much. Other than that great place!"

"The room and common areas were clean. The staff were pleasant and very accommodating. The beds were comfortable! The extra pillows and towels were nice. A continental breakfast would have been nice though."
