"My husband and I booked this stay hoping for a relaxing getaway where we could unplug and reconnect. Unfortunately, our experience was anything but relaxing and ended up being incredibly stressful from beginning to end. The issues started before we even arrived. I attempted to call the hotel to confirm our reservation and was placed on hold for an extended period before eventually being disconnected. "This hotel was not good, but it was sufficient for the one night we just needed a place to sleep while we were in town. The whole place needs a good scrub down and a freshening up. Breakfast was ok, not great. The waffle iron didn’t seal properly, so the batter leaked out the sides."

"The property was in great condition with food within walking distance. This fit very well and was centralized for the people I was there to see. The rooms were neat and tidy. The gentlemen that were managing the hotel were as nice and accommodating as you can be as they were always available when needed. I enjoyed my visit and this is the second time I have stayed here and will continue to as long as this area is in my travel plans."

"Check in was fast. It was on a river although we didn’t have time to walk outside but saw it thru the window of the bar when we walked in the lobby. This property could be really nice but will need a big renovation, The room had a smell like old food or dog, the Bathroom was dirty, the back entrance door lock was broken, so not safe. The hallway carpet was dirty in spots. Only dry coffee creamer was available so no real small creamers. People sitting outside the hotel."

"Front desk is rude, room is so dated and the bed was horrible. The chair in the room had stains on it and so did the curtains. Broken tiles on the bathroom floor. We went to the pool which is knee deep, was over by the hot tub and there was so much scum on the side of it people had been writing bath things in the scum. Was saving a couple bucks and got the city view instead of the water view, big mistake, it is a parking lot view. Tried to change to the water view and they refused even...

"This was one of the best hotels we have stayed at EVER! When you arrive we were greeted by Becca and the lobby was cleaned and huge. It was decorated so well, charging ports on the tables and separate room to gather if you want a little privacy in the lobby. The elevators were clean, ice machine was spotless and our rooms were also spotless. ❤️"

"The toilets belong in a pre-school not in a hotel; they are way too small for anyone. They give you a limited amount of towels. They allow kids to run up and down the hallways all day and night. I asked to move rooms he claimed he would call me back and never did. I just sweated it out and left. NEVER AGAIN."
