"Room size was amazing but the condition of the bathroom and sink were a little subpar but nothing too crazy. They do use multi-use toiletries and I personally think that's unsanitary and refuse to use them. The handsoap was very obviously watered down. The only good thing for breakfast was the bagels and cereal but ita typical hotel food so take that for what it is. No free parking, we paid $62 for the garage right next door (which was convenient at least). The elevators did take forever (this was the most annoying thing about my stay, so nothing major).The staff were friendly and I had no real issues. It's in a good place downtown so very walkable. About 5 minutes from the Duke Energy place walking normally. I stayed with my husband and 4 year old and would stay agin. "

"Called ahead to confirm we were arriving late and needed a pack and play for our baby. Request was noted on original booking, listed as an available item and messaged the hotel 1 week prior. Arrived well after midnight not only was there no pack and play in the room as promised when called earlier in the day they did not have any in the hotel. Or as I was so considerately told at 1am “that’s a negative on the pack and play” when I asked what I was supposed to do with my infant son was told place some pillows around he’ll be good. What we did find in the room where stains and torn carpet, someone’s old pretzels on the floor, dirty sink and couch, broken heating/cooling system and a nasty smell . It was so late we all went to bed after my husband returned to the now parked car to retrieve our pack and play under all the weeks luggage. In the morning whenI asked for a man was told that they weren’t working the weekend. I also tried to get my parking validated as I was told the night before that sis Che we weren’t there long enough they didn’t do that. I had to pay the $12 fee. When I returned to pay it was $20 for under 12 hours when it says free parking as an amenity as well. We will not be returning and I plan on contacting corporate. That room was awful!!!"

"The Covington as a whole is lovely. Next time we will try the primary hotel instead of North by Covington. While the accommodations were lovely and provided space beyond our needs, there was a lot of noise from other rooms (showers, walking, conversations, doors slamming). The balcony was nice to have with the spring weather. The car service was exceptional! Staff was responsive and accommodating. We loved the neighborhood. "

"Idk who they paid for their 9/10 score. The property is run down and dirty. Breakfast was gross. Tasted like it was all made in a microwave. Pool is so heavily chlorinated your nostrils and eyes burn just walking in there. I couldn’t even hardly stay in there for my child to swim and wasn’t comfortable putting my toddler in. I was very disappointed. That was the main reason we chose a hotel. Definitely would not recommend. "

"The room was clean and cozy. Great feather pillows! The food at Fiona's was excellent and so was the service. Great staff great place out of five stars I'm going to give a 10. I will be back!!!"
