"Called ahead to confirm we were arriving late and needed a pack and play for our baby. Request was noted on original booking, listed as an available item and messaged the hotel 1 week prior. Arrived well after midnight not only was there no pack and play in the room as promised when called earlier in the day they did not have any in the hotel. Or as I was so considerately told at 1am “that’s a negative on the pack and play” when I asked what I was supposed to do with my infant son was told place some pillows around he’ll be good. What we did find in the room where stains and torn carpet, someone’s old pretzels on the floor, dirty sink and couch, broken heating/cooling system and a nasty smell . It was so late we all went to bed after my husband returned to the now parked car to retrieve our pack and play under all the weeks luggage. In the morning whenI asked for a man was told that they weren’t working the weekend. I also tried to get my parking validated as I was told the night before that sis Che we weren’t there long enough they didn’t do that. I had to pay the $12 fee. When I returned to pay it was $20 for under 12 hours when it says free parking as an amenity as well. We will not be returning and I plan on contacting corporate. That room was awful!!!"
