Great stay and in a convenient location to see all the sites. For being out in the middle of a desert, they have everything you need. I have both dog and cat allergies and had no flare ups or reactions, which means the rooms are very clean.

Park felt safe and breakfast buffet was good. We experienced power outages from wind causing smoke detectors to go off several times during the night. Some thought a "comped" breakfast would have been a nice offer or at least a "free" SPW room cup. But otherwise, great place.

Loved it! It’s about 40 miles before Badwater Basin coming from California, but it’s a nice spot that you might pass. Stovepipe Village has everything you need before heading into Death Valley. Mesquite Sand Dunes are 2 miles away. Restaurant was good and reasonably priced. It is rustic. It is an underfunded national park.
