"Quick overnight trip, came up after being at sport outside in rain, very cold tired and room was so warm, host friendly as it was late check in, very helpful, got me the fan I wanted to. Only slightly negative was bed in main room uncomfortable however rest of stay primo couldn't recommend enough and would definitely stay again thanks "

"This was a wonderful stay with great views of the bay. The house had plenty of room for the 5 of us. Great kitchen for cooking dinner, with nice table with room for all of us. The living room had nice large TV screen, but also great views overlooking the bay and Dunedin. Spent two nights, but could have easily spent more."

"This is quite a new hotel, and we found it very nice. All the finishings are very modern and luxurious. We had 2 single beds, and quite comfortable in it. The bathroom is especially nice and luxurious, staff is very helpful and friendly. Location is walking distance to everything in town. "
