"We stop here 2 times a year the gal that runs the desk has the personality of a foot? She has worked there for several years. Also they charge way to much for the Hotel starting to get dated. I could care less about breakfast I wish they gave us a choice if you want breakfast it cost more if not cheaper. "

"Check-in was smooth and easy. Staff very polite and helpful. Room as clean and everything worked as expected. The property inside and outside was clean. The pool on the first day was a little on the cool side (good for me, not as much for my wife). The afternoon and next day when we got back in it had warmed up and felt very comfortable for both of us. Enjoyed our stay and will plan on a return visit the next time we are in town."

"The hotel was pleasant and the Staff were very friendly and helpful. I understand their goal of wanting to save on washing by not switching out towels everyday unless you ask but I wasn't aware they wouldn't be making beds or vacuuming every day. I think that's something they should tell you upon checking in to their hotel. Also they "ran out" of creamer for the coffee at breakfast??? If you are offering free breakfast and coffee is part of that, shouldn't you be well stocked on everything???...

"We stopped in Cleveland Tennessee for the evening on our way to Blairsville Georgia. We had reserved a room from home on the previous day. The price was the best around, and the location was right off of I-75 that we were traveling on. The hotel was easy to find, we parked right outside the front door and our room was on the first floor just down from the main desk. "We only interacted with the staff at check in. The gentleman was kind and helpful. There is pretty decent coffee in the morning but no real breakfast - this isn’t that kind of hotel. The room was immaculate and looked newly remodeled. Everything worked. I appreciated the tub with an anti-slip guard adhered to the floor. Have not seen that in other hotels. Will stay there again as we travel through this area. We were only there for one night - checked in around midnight and had to be on...

"I was really pleased with my experience. Went with something that looked inexpensive and clean and it did not disappoint the room was in great shape and the area it was in was nice.
