"unique is in heart of the city. and disappointing is that unreasonable charge for breakfast and laundry. sometimes, if the guest number are less, they take the buffet charge but the service they provide as alakart. every time u have to ask for food as if u become tired off asking. weardrob having bad smell, the comode they provide it shakes. it's a bad experienced in this hotel."

"I had a nice time staying in Khamsum inn . I wish I cound give them excellent rating. They need to work little more on that. Next time , I will ask for the room one above. Little away from noise and for a better view.
Service staffs are wonderful , Like Drupchu , Purnima and others. Kitchen needs to be more professional. When I come back to Thimphu I know where to stay. Best of luck for Khamsum Inn ."

"We had a spectacular time. In addition to a beautiful property the entire staff were exceptionally good and caring. The hotel has excellent food, great outdoor activities. Two areas to improve, the access road and the gym where the machines did not work well. Overall a wonderful stay."
