Toilet kept backing up, first time it flooded the bathroom, second time overflowed some - would have been nice to have offered me a different room. To their credit, the responded quickly to the issue but it was still not "working right" - gurggled and fingers were crossed everytime I flushed. "

The next morning I got in the shower and there was black hair on the wall and floor of the shower. I had to clean it before I could take my shower. We rented 3 rooms for that night because we were moving and our family needed to stay also. At least the breakfast was nice the next morning. "

"++THE ROOM WAS EXCELLENT. HOWEVER, IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A HANDICAPPED ROOM! THE BATHROOM DOOR OBSTRUCTED THE ENTERANCE IF OPEN. THE TUB ( YES A TUB/SHOWER) HAD NO HANDRAILS. THE SOAP DISPENSER WAS QUITE A DISTANCE FROM THE SINK. THE ROOM WAS COMFORTABLE AND EVERYTHING AWS FINE IF YOU WEREN'T HANDICAPPED. THE BEDS WERE COMFORTABLE AND BREAKFAST WAS ABOVE AVERAGE! oUR ROOM WAS NOT CLEANED AFTER THE FIRST NIGHT. "
