Hotel dekat Deer Trace Mall

"The room was dark and very outdated. It smelled very musty and damp. There were no overhead lights other than above the bed. Dark and depressing. Not in anyway worth $900. The building itself is beautiful but a very dreary experience. Overpriced"

"We had a great stay. Room great . Clean and our view of the river was beautiful. Front desk lady was great. Helpful. Got us ice, super accommodating. Continental breakfast nice. We will go back."

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. A little dated but nice. Needs deep cleaning! Grout in bathroom very dirty, edges of floors at wall dirty in lobby bathroom. Pool towels like rags.pool is nice. Breakfast marginal, should not be called “hot breakfast” Parking convenient."

"The young man that checked us in was great! Our entire stay was great! We loved the bar, games to play the TV playing! Our only slight complaint was the breakfast. As a diabetic there wasn't any options except high carb and or sugary options and we couldnt find ice for any beverages. I would stay again even with the above due to the service we received in The evening."

"I mean… I kinda knew what I was getting into but this was a little over the top. First they gave me the wrong room, but the receptionist was great to work with and got us settled, problems started with the state of the room. Carpet was all chewed up, smelled like something covered in air freshener, none working fan in the bathroom, when I opened the window there were 100’s of dead boxelder bugs in the window… so we ruffed it out for a night, but definitely wouldn’t stay there again."

"Clean and quiet very comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good too!"

"Very tired motel. Has the basics and common areas need revamping. Helpful staff. Hopefully they can update this property because the location is convenient. Breakfast is good."

"The amenities were closed most of our trip and we were not informed that they would be"

"Great place nice people"

"Room was humid but was clean and maintained."

"Old, but clean. Beds were comfortable. Could use some more updating. Poor workmanship on updates that have been made."

"The room was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. I would definitely stay again. My only complaint was the internet was too slow for the smart tv. It kept buffering while watching movies."
