"Very nice facility. The rooms were very clean. Bed was comfy. Having the microwave, stovetop and full fridge were wonderful but no dishes or utensils were provided so there was no way to cook or heat up anything. We brought our own coffee filters and ground coffee. Overall, was very happy and would def stay again."

"One very strong dislike. Had late flights out of airport, 5PM Week before ask for 2 pm check out no problem and said i was doing the same the next week but wanted a 3pm checkout. Was told no problem, but when I checked in that night was told there was now a extra fee for the late check out………….When the managers word is not good it leaves a lot to be desired. "The room was great very comfortable.tge pub was very nice friendly wprker the front desk was very nice and helpful. The breakfast left alot to be desired,no butter or milk the first day and eggs and biscuit and sausage gravy was luke warm. Second morning we check to see if better opted not to eat that morning and went somewhere else. Went to look at pool we were going to go for a swim but water looked very cloudy,so skiped it."

"Parking is easy and secure. Quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Food at the connecting restaurant is very good. Within walking distance to the Vibrant Arena."

"Mold in the bathroom, I couldn’t even take a shower, hallways were dingy and carpet were stained, and it smelt musty. I even left early. I was supposed to stay two days, but I only stayed for one night slept on top of the sheets. I’ve never seen a hotel. This bad I left early got a hotel right down the street for one night at the park and it was night and day difference. I would go to the spark by Hilton. They also didn’t give me my $100 back which I had to pay a $100 deposit and they took that."

"The parking was good with ample space. We didn’t use the gym. Breakfast was good with plenty of hot food available. Hallway was noisy before 10pm, but settled down without complaint needed."

"Comfortable bed, but could have used a blanket. Was fairly clean, (under bed was dusty, floor corners around tub dirty ) broken heater/cooler, needs updating. No Pool ,No breakfast. Okay for the price."
