Great five-night stay at Hampton Inn Defiance!

Managers and staff were always super nice and managers were very helpful and accomodating when we had to extend our stay for 3 more days. Business center worked out great for me, as well as the laundry machines. Really good breakfast too. Thank you for the free late night snacks for me and my family!

This hotel is better than others in the same area. Cleanliness is fairly good. Your coffee pot needs help.Coffee is an important part of a morning and sometimes evenings. This pot leaked and brewed half a cup of coffee.The coffee brand needs changed. Your staff was friendly.

Nobody cleaned our room once. The shampoo and conditioner dispenser were empty, I alerted them and nothing was done. Ran out of towels. No coffee after second day. Pool was closed during time it was to be open. Nowhere to sit for breakfast; do they not know how many rooms they have? It's like they didn't know we were there. I personally am not using this location again. I am concerned if other Hilton owned properties now have this level of service.

When speaking with the kitchen staff (who were so friendly) they informed us the Hampton does not serve bacon or biscuits and gravy on weekends because they are such liked items that people each too much of it. Also, yogurt is now served in a container with only one flavor and does does not stay cold like it did with the little yogurts in ice with multiple flavors. We use to love the Hampton's breakfast, but now it just ok and every time we stay there it seems to decline more and more.
