The hotel is immaculate and full of character and charm. The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The spa was unexpected and we had it all to ourselves. "This place was super clean, very centralized to old town bern and the train station that I rarely took the bus. I even walked alone at night and felt safe. it exceeded my expectations and you get a free bus pass. I will definitely be back! "
