"Checkout was indicated as 12:00 noon when the reservation was made online and stated as such on the receipt, but at checkin the front desk staff informed me that management had just changed it to 11:00 am! My itinerary was based on the noon checkout!! I was not happy as it affected my car rental plans!"

"The staff were more engaged with their own conversations than actually welcoming me as a guest and focusing on my stay. It was especially striking because I was the only guest upon my arrival and the only guest at the buffet upon my arrival. When addressing me they rushed and then quickly returned to laughing and hanging out together"

"My travel was delayed, stuck on the runway in Chicago, arrived after midnight at the doubletree. The desk agent who appeared to be hanging out with the 5-7 people in the lobby would not honor my reservation because it was for Friday and I was arriving technically on Saturday since it was after midnight. If that is a rule (which I’ve never heard of for a hotel?!) but if so why do you advertise 24/7 airport shuttles and desk agents? I literally have a message from doubletree saying, don’t worry...

"Basic hotel that could use more updates. Our bathroom definitely needs redone. Seen mild in the fan, and soft spot in the wall and when we had a downpour of rain, it was dripping down the wall from the soft spot on bathroom wall. Bathtub looked like it was very very old. No hand towels, was told they were out of stock. The coffee available at breakfast was definitely watered down. It served our basic needs but for the price it leaves a lot to be desired!"

"Hot water was my biggest issue. Shower started off warm. A couple minutes in it went cold. Called front desk. Said manager would be in in 10 minutes and would address issue. But in the meantime let hot water run. Spouses shower was also cold. I skipped shaving because of water temp. On our way past front desk we were told manager doesn’t work weekends but she’d leave a note with our info for manager to call Monday. During breakfast I asked 2 other families if they had hot water. "The room was dirty we couldn’t get towels everyday we had to go to the front desk for towels. We had 3 days of towels in our room that they wouldn’t pick up. We had our room cleaned 2 times. The front desk staff were very nice. But what they said didn’t happen. The cleaning staff were rude. The manager Leslie refunded one night. I have cancer and need clear invitement. This entire 5 days were definitely not what we expected .We didn’t come home to last every day so we didn’t have to be in that...
