"Our room was clean and quiet ; we asked for it to be scent free for my husband who gets migraines from room fresheners, oils, perfumes etc, and also asked for additional pillows and they honored our request. Breakfast was minimal but just fine for our needs. The open area downstairs was very comfortable for visiting with our friends after breakfast who were also guests at AmericInn. The location was perfect for our stay."

"The hotel keys did not work - had to get new ones 3 times. Told where the pool was, but it was closed. The lemon water container was warm and tasted moldy. Our room screen/glass door broken. Breakfast buffet-no eggs and syrup empty for waffles at 8 am. The lounge was nice - called Lucky's"

"Newly remodeled hotel in a very nice neighborhood. Everything was clean and looked wonderful. Room was huge!!! As a family of 6 it was so needed. We enjoyed the pool and breakfast as well."

"The hotel is not as shown. Rooms are old and worn. The bathtub/shower combination was dangerous as the tub bottom was smooth. Easy to slip and fall on. Not very good for seniors that travel."

"We were supposed to be able to check in at 3:00 p.m., but when we arrived around 3:45, our room still wasn’t ready because it hadn’t been cleaned. After waiting, we were told it was ready, but the floor was still wet, so we had to be careful. The entire hotel smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Our room key didn’t work, and we had to have it reprogrammed three different times. There was also no internet or working phone in the room. Although the room had a kitchenette, it didn’t include any...

"Hottub broken, no battery in remote, toilet paper holder fell off wall. My brothers room stunk, sisters room had no tv remote, breakfast was not refilled. Only motel in town, so what are ya gonna do."
