" we have a quite disappointing staying there as start the lack of communication is unspeakable they send me a message with main door code and room code, which nowadays phones filter it as spam, rather than send through Expedia or personal email, it get worst when it comes to security, all the room has the same code, it’s scary like someone figurs out all has the same code or even by mistake open the same door. In the first room, it was too cold below 70 despite the heating is working all day...

"This is a gorgeous hotel. My room was larger than expected with great closet space - excellent for a business trip. The bed was super comfy. Some noise from the street but earplugs took care of it. The staff at reception were so helpful and made great recommendations - they take pride in their hotel and city. I would definitely come back."

"The best part of this hotel is that it is close to Wegmans, Route 22, and a short drive to Bethlehem. I booked a kitchen suite only to find that the cupboards were completely empty and you have to request dishes, cookware, and flatware. Once I requested it, it was delivered (minus the flatware) in a plastic bin. The hotel was quiet, the bed was comfortable, but the TVs are old and do not have streaming. "The hotel is gorgeous, the lobby is very nice. Unfortunately, the pool is under construction. There is no coffee bar and no breakfast so there are no amenities. The complementary drinks were very nice. The room is very nice, but the room needs to be cleaned of all hair and the Matt need to be cleaned. There were enough towels, please add wall mounted shampoo/conditioner dispensers."
