"Our stay at this hotel was absolutely terrible. Honestly, calling this place a hotel is being generous.
We were traveling as a family of four, with two young children, and from the moment we arrived, everything went wrong. Check-in took over an hour, and the staff member assisting us was rude and unhelpful. After finally checking in, we spent another 10 minutes wandering around trying to find our room because nobody explained where it was located.
