"Honestly the hotel was fine. It was confusing because online it said there was food available for purchase but I was never told how that all worked so I ended up going out to get food because there wasn't anybody at the coffee bar area. The front desk people were amazing. Just a little disappointed to have paid so much and with very minimal amenities"

"I am so disappointed with this experience. We stayed at a Country Inns and Suites property in Grand Rapids and it was great. Property was well maintained, amenities were great and the staff were top notch. I assumed all properties were similar. Boy was I wrong. This property was not what I expected. It it always simply a place to rest for the night, but not a place to enjoy. The tub didn’t look clean so we didn’t take baths. Just washed up real good and kept it moving. The breakfast was sub-par...

"decent place to stay, staff helpful, shuttle to/from CVG convenient. only feedback is giant water fountain in lobby is so loud, made desire to hang out there for cup of coffee or dining at restaurant nearly intolerable. i feel sorry for staff who work in that area…definitely unneeded noise pollution."

"First I reserved a Suite and got a large room the desk called it but not the Suite I asked for and paid for. Second the window covering were able to block out the light from outside or the Sun in the morning, called the front desk about this and they told us to put towels up to block out the light. We are both 70+ and couldn’t climb up on something so we could hang up towels to block out the lights. The place was nice, well kept, and the staff friendly just not what I was expecting when I booked...
