"Staying at Hotel Church House was a great experience. The location in Rohini Sector 15 is very convenient, especially being right above Axis Bank. The room was neat, air-conditioning worked perfectly, and the soundproofing made for a very peaceful night's sleep. The staff was professional and made the check-in process very smooth. Highly recommended for a budget-friendly yet comfortable stay!"

"This is from someone who is Gold tier at Hilton andy wife is Gold at Marriott. 30 countries. There’s practically nothing we haven’t seen.
Yet for this particular hotel, even after mentioning to staff on the Expedia app of my arrival time (3/3:30 PM IST), I still had to wait till after 4 PM and even then a room wasn’t ready.
I have never once in my life heard of people staying in their rooms on the day of checkout till 4 PM (1 full hour after normal check in time). Again, this was after clearly...

"DO NOT BOOK FOR A STAY AT THIS HOTEL. YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND. The hotel will not allow you check in; even though, you have paid for the hotel. Let's say that you book a stay depart from Terminal 3 and the Airline change the departure to Terminal 2. The hotel requires you must depart from T3. The hotel will not refund the money if the terminal changes. This is an absurd requirement. Cost me more than $900 (USD). Can't get a refund and can't cancel."
