While the location/proximity to airport was very convenient, the check-in process was undesirable due to lack of and/or no communication.
When making my reservation, I followed their instructions for providing my flight information & called 24-hours prior to arrival per their instructions. However, never received a reply to my emails sent 3 weeks prior and phone calls went unanswered. Finally, 2 hours before my check-in, I was able to reach someone on the phone. At that time I was given instructions on what door to enter at the airport and to call again once I was there. I called upon my arrival to the waiting area and I waited 30 minutes for the hotel escort to arrive.
From time of check-in to checkout, we had 6 hours to get some rest/sleep before our flight. We’ll they have us a room by the lobby so we had maybe 1 hour sleep due to the noisy & loud people in the lobby & hallway. So if you’re planning a to stay here, request a room far away from the lobby, if you need to get some sleep. Also, if you’d Breakfast is included but you have an early flight that doesn’t allow you time to have breakfast, it would be nice if they offered a take-away breakfast sandwich or something comparable. I’ve had this offer from a hotel before. It wasn’t a Holiday Inn, but it was a very nice option/offer.
