"Great location, but major cleaning issues While the staff was friendly and the location is convenient, I can’t overlook the fact that there were bugs in the lobby and inside my room. It made the entire hotel feel unkempt and poorly maintained. I really wanted to like this place, but I won't be returning until I’m sure the pest issues are resolved."

"Clean hotel. But noisy and hard to sleep. Very little or no noise dampening insulation between floors and rooms. You shouldn't be able to hear the guy next door urinate in his toilet or hear his phone vibrate. The room doors slam shut and would wake the dead. "

"Heather at the front desk was super helpful in checking us in quickly and providing a map to where we needed to go in the area. The room was perfect. The breakfast was good. My only complaint, and it's a big one, is not providing hand sanitizer in the breakfast area. Everyone is touching handles and serving spoons. Without hand sanitizer, people are bound to get sick!
