"Great place to stay"

"We stayed at this hotel prior to flying to Philadelphia, the staff was great and the facilities as well as the rooms were spotless. We had shuttle to the airport and left our car at their long term lot."

"Well we picked this hotel because of the free shuttle to airport but I didn’t realize you had to pay to park at hotel while u were gone. So that was an extra $50 —which they over charged me. One couple told me they got charged $30 to park. (They left when we did and got back when we did). So they refunded us $10 when I asked them about it. Also if you want shuttle service keep in mind they only take u to airport every 40 mins! Didn’t get to eat breakfast bc it wasn’t out when we left but they...

"This property needs some major updates. It is old and dirty. The toilet in the room didn't work correctly. The only employee that was helpful was the friendly lady at the front desk. I wish I had caught her name she deserves recognition! All the other employees looked as if they hated their job and it would literally kill them to crack a smile. The pool & hot tub were filled with unattended rambunctious children. Overall the stay was not good. Bless the front desk girl for trying to make us feel...

"I've never seen so many dead bugs in one place in my life! Maybe, they recently had an exterminator in the building because I didn't see any live bugs. But they wouldn't have a problem if they actually cleaned the room. I pulled out the chair to sit down and there were potato chips on the seat. One of the chairs was so badly damaged it should have been thrown away. It's a shame, this looks like it would be nice with a little maintenance and cleaning. I won't be back to see."
