"The T.V was not working when we checked in. We noticed and notified them right away. The front desk person came to fix it but then we left to the store. When we came back the T.V was never fixed. When I called them, they said they were closed already and we had to wait till the next day. We checked out the next day. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, especially with kids."

"Was very very, very disappointed we booked this hotel because of the pool, but the pool was closed. My room did not have any shampoo or conditioner or extra towels. I had to ask them for it two times only brought the towels, but they said they were out of shampoo and conditioner and when we went to go get breakfast, they didn’t have any coffee cups for the coffee and next to the garbage can that was next to my room they were a lot of garbage on the floor and they didn’t pick it up for two days...

"Me and my girlfriend just would have been more happier if they would have at least had like more vending machines like a soda machine, snack machine can't remember that ice machine or not but I think they did but we still have a little more vending options than anything else but other than that you were happy with the service"

"The room was great, quiet and clean. Everything we needed the hotel staff was accommodating. No questions asked regarding our pet. The hotel location is nice since it's right in the heart of many shopping centers, close by to the locations that we as a family needed. The amenities were fine such as the pool. Parking is only secure to benefit the hotel but, we had a fine stay."
