"Cons: The hotel was run down. The room was awful. It looked like something had chewed the bottom of our door. There was a brown substance on the wall by the toilet, the toilet seat was broken. We had a hole in the wall where the plumbing was. The floors were not clean. When we were checking in someone had to ask for fresh sheets because theirs were dirty. , I did try to cancel and get a refund so I could go somewhere else and they refused. Even tired Expedia and they were no help.
Pros: staff was friendly. Nice pool and hot tub, breakfast was ok. My husband said the bed was comfortable but I thought it was too soft. It had good water pressure."
