"Personale molto gentile e, per chi ha bisogno di soggiornare a Uxbridge, situazione ideale. L'hotel è a due passi dalla metro, proprio di fronte, e anche per questo è comodissimo per chi deve spostarsi."

"Kudos to the two staff members who were there (at different times) during our one-night stay. Both were very helpful and friendly. As for the property, it is a rather typical lower end chain hotel, though it has what was needed and is inexpensive. The hotel itself is a bit isolated, but it has a bar and restaurant (which we did not try)."

"The room was in a very mediocre condition and wasn’t cleaned even though it was requested during a 5 day accommodation. The bathroom supplies were very low quality. The place was not like a 3 star hotel and was more like a motel."

"For the price, the room needs a refresh urgently, in order for it to keep up with the masses of Heathrow competition. I paid extra for the runway view but the windows are so dirty that you can’t see anything. The T5 Thistle is half the price and on par for amenities, albeit a smaller room."

"This is not a hotel it’s like a cabin were there was no facilities at all even the receptionist are but helpful and they don’t know what they doing as if they were just put in a job on the spot no phone in the rooms if you need some inquiry or assistance there is no overnight staff so you could be stuck here as it’s far away from anywhere …as we explore and have happened to have conversations with local folks then we were told that this hotel is used to accommodate refugees!!"
