"This was my first all-inclusive resort experience, and I’m really glad it was at Swandor Topkapi Palace. Before coming, I had read that the resort had received numerous hospitality awards over the years, including World Luxury Hotel Awards and recognition at the World Luxury Restaurant Awards, so I had fairly high expectations — and overall, the experience lived up to them. I was also travelling with a friend who has stayed at many all-inclusive resorts, and according to him, Swandor compared very well with others he has visited. Another friend of mine who works in the travel industry considers it one of the better resorts in its price category, and after staying here I can understand why. The water slides were great, the pools were excellent, the entertainment was fun, and the beach was very enjoyable. I was especially impressed by the restaurants and the huge variety and quality of the food. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained, and overall the resort felt very well organized. For a first all-inclusive experience, it definitely set the bar high for me. We had a great stay and I would absolutely recommend Swandor Topkapi Palace."

"Clean rooms, friendly staff always smiling, very enjoyable activities especially in the swimming pool (the water polo and competitions and the water slide), good and reasonable price for an ultra-inclusive resort especially being a family concept, my 4 year old son and 1 year old daughter enjoyed every moment which by itself filled us with joy and happiness, this is the third time for me at this resort and I am extremely willing to revisit it in the future"

Öncelikle tesisi bize tavsiye eden ve mutlu bir tatil geçirmemize neden olan fenomen VeniVidi öndere çok teşekkür ederim. Yemekler ve hizmet başarılı. Eğlence daha iyi olmalı. "The positive : we loved the food and the variety they offered. The cheese, fresh greens and veggies are fantastic. The baking was delicious. The outside of the hotel is in good shape, well maintained and looked fantastic, water park looked interesting- a child’s dream. Very children friendly facility. The negative: At least our room had water damaged floorboards, wallpaper, bathroom door, mirror frame and the minibar. As a contractor myself it was disappointing. On the beach 90% of guest were smoking in non smoking area. Lots of garbage and plastic on the beach left behind by guests. NOT ACCEPTABLE! No staff did anything against it."
