"We had a lovely stay at Citadines Namba Osaka. It’s either this hotel is brand new or just recently renovated. The hotel is very clean and well decorated. Love the contemporary decor. Our rooms were spotless and slightly bigger than the usual small hotel rooms typical of Japan. We got the rooms with the little kitchen area. There is a residents lounge on the 6th floor with dining tables and chairs, cups and utensils and an espresso machine (which I really appreciated to help start our day of walking and touring). The hotel is close to restaurants, convenience stores, the Kuromon Fish Market and a fairly short walk to the Namba station, shopping center and the Shinsaibashi shopping street which will eventually take you to Dotonbori. Or you can always hail a taxi outside the hotel if you don’t feel like walking. Very convenient stay overall with excellent service from the staff. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Beautiful hotel with very nice amenities. Take the eco cleaning option and receive ¥1500 that can be used on anything in the hotel. Rooms are beautiful and the water pressure in the shower was the best ever! Loved this hotel. 25min walk to dotombori or a quick 5min cab ride. "

"This is a very nice hotel, well-located in Osaka. There is a Metro station only a 4-minute walk from the hotel and a 7-11 across the street. The staff was very courteous and my room was clean and in excellent condition. I stayed on the 15th floor and noise was not a problem. A nice perk is the bar of complimentary beverages (coffee, tea, juices) in the lobby. The one drawback is that we weren't ever able to get the shower heads to stay in place at an angle. However, overall I would absolutely stay here again when visiting Osaka. "

"Spotless rooms, kind and helpful staff, great lounge, ample toiletries items provided in lobby, very convenient location for those new to Osaka, Kitahama station is right outside the front door providing easy access to Shin-Osaka, Dotonbori, Shinsekai, and Nipponbashi. Within walking distance to Osaka Castle. LGBTQ welcoming and we lived our stay here. Bonus there is a great cafe and Family Mart downstairs."
