The Island suite were large with great wardrobe space and a big bathroom. The breakfast was great with a very good choice. Great pool with amazing staff to help with everything! Good for going to all the lot shops and restaurants. Great sunset bar on the roof!

Old style Balinese hotel, well maintained. Staff are super friendly and helpful and any requests actioned immediately. Beautiful beach, comfy sun loungers. A peaceful and tranquil hotel right in the centre of north Sanur. Would definitely choose this hotel again without doubt.

Great hotel in a great location. Every single staff member went out of their way to help us. The restaurant was amazing, with breakfast definitely worth the money. Amenities were all great, felt very safe and looked after our whole stay.

It was overall a good experience staying at the Indigo Bali Hotel. would certainly recommed for tourists.

We stayed in a one bed villa with a private pool, the villa itself was beautiful and spacious, the veranda and the private pool area have wonderful views, perfect at any time of day. The complimentary mini bar, breakfast and afternoon tea were all wonderful, there was a great selection at breakfast and the staff looked after us very well, making sure that we had enough. The afternoon tea contained different sandwiches and cakes every day for our 5 days. I will return as soon as possible.

Amazing hotel....in the middle of jungle. The staff were great and our room was updated and super clean. Breakfast was great with plenty of choices, continental as well as full English. Great location within easy access to the airport. Easy check-in. Clean and spacious room. Good air-con. Clean and well-presented throw-out our stay. The food was excellent. The staff were incredibly helpful and courteous. The quiet adults only pool was lovely and peaceful and we were well looked after by their team of staff. The additional activities were well explained. The check-out was easy. In all it was a lovely stay at the Meru. We will recommend this to our friends. Thanks to all.

From the moment we arrived to our departure the service at this hotel was excellent. We cannot praise the staff, cleanliness, comfort & general experience enough. The Bandha is a beautiful hotel with extremely friendly staff and excellent facilities. However, that being said, I think we were quite unlucky with two issues. Firstly, our flight from the UK landed at 3pm and after arriving at the hotel at 5pm we were told that our room would not be ready until 8pm. Whilst we were offered another beautiful room to Shower and relax in we were told to ensure our bags were packed by 8 so that they could be moved. Whilst it's not a huge issue, after 27 hours of...

It is in a quiet location. Rooms are clean, spacious and aircon is really effective. Good place down the road to get laundry done. Lots of good eateries around. The gym was small but useful. The pool area was great. I didn't eat at hotel. Hotel is not far from Desa Potato Heads, so there are lots of activities there you can do. The Forge Sports Bar is a good gastro pub within walking distance. Very good value for money and the staff are so nice.

New hotel with high quality rooms - lots of space and beds and towels especially luxurious. Perhaps could have chairs on the balcony to also enjoy that space. Helpful and friendly staff plus the French manager is also present and she shows genuine interest in your experiences at the hotel. Central location in Sanur - close to beach, plus a range of restaurants and bars.We also borrowed bikes from the hotel (free of charge) - a great way to see the whole length of Sanur along the beachside path....

Amazing hotel, without a doubt i would stay here again. Breakfast is A La Carte and it tasted great. Been travelling south east asia for 5 weeks and it was definitely the best breakfast. Good location, friendly staff, room was very clean. Left cash sitting out on table and was folded up and left on the side of the table when i returned later that day. 5 stars Kanvaz keep up the good work.

My wife and I had a fantastic holiday and celebrated our wedding anniversary in style. The setting and villa were perfect, staff friendly and always ready to help. The food was superb especially for my wife as she is a vegetarian. Well away from the main tourist area but easily accessible when required by use of the hotel driver. We loved it.
