"We arrived for our 7 night stay to have only twin beds and no extra bed setup despite booking and paying for 3 adult people. They didn’t want to give us an extra bed, they wanted to give us sheets for my 15 year old 172cm son to sleep on the 1 metre in length day bed in the room. After many back and forths they eventually sent a spare bed. Just annoying that we paid for 3 people and common sense did not prevail we had to put our foot down and demand the extra bed we paid for.
The staff at breakfast are very helpful and lovely, especially Dian and also Lestari in the spa, both an absolute asset to this hotel.
Our room also had no door for the bathroom
which was very weird and even though there is a door for the toilet you can hear everything and it’s also a tight squeeze and we are not big people.
Pool area gets monitored very sporadically sometimes they move a towel and belongings if a person is gone for 30 or more mins other afternoons towels were left on beds and not moved despite pool staff being made aware and it being a very busy time around the pool.
The water situation in the rooms is odd you are given a jug to fill up at water stations but they are not plugged in and the water is warm so not pleasant to drink. We just ended up buying from the minimarts which is what I think they are expecting you to do.
We probably won’t stay again but would come back to see Lestari in the Spa and also say hello to Dian."
