I like the fact that its one of the few properties that has two bedroom units and a kitchenette. Great for family stays and the price isn't crazy. The property is a bit dated, but they keep it clean and well maintained. Its very centrally located with a variety of food & shopping with in either walking distance or a very short drive.

Everything was very clean and comfortable. Tons and tons of outlets, you'll very likely never lack for a spot to plug in just about anything in the whole space. And the location is great for enjoying the local nightlife.
