Awesome staff allowed us to check out an hour later. This is an extended stay type of place so there wasnt soap but there is a store nearby so easy fix. It was quiet and the area was clean and felt safe. Was very close to dicks sporting stadium which is why we spent the night. The room was very clean. I also like that to get access to the area where the rooms were you needed a key card.

Decent hotel

Front desk was exceptionally kind, including Wendy(read many not so great reviews on her). Although the elevator didn’t work, staff offered to carry items to rooms. Be sure to take your own extra towels, hygiene products(nothing is provided here), utensils. Convenient area to stay in as there are many places to shop in the area.

Absolutely the best hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time the courtesy and hospitality was amazing. Location was perfect for access to a lot and the price made it super affordable. The access for my service dog was amazing! Thank you so much for a hassle free experience.

Unsettling place, bare-bones room, dirty floor

The staff was nice when they were open, the room had nothing in it - not even clothes hangers. I had to go to the front and sign for a borrowed hair dryer. The bed was OK, the walls were paper thin so heard others most of the night. The floor was so dirty though we had to wear our shoes in the room (it turned our 1 of 2 wash cloths black). This place seemed like it was located in such a high crime area that they couldn't leave anything in the rooms w/o getting stolen. Sad actually.
