"The breakfast was unique it was typical for Asian patrons although they had enough choices for us and we did enjoy some of the Asian dishes. The location was good for late arrivals for dinner as there were several good restaurants nearby which we enjoyed and should have stuck to as we had difficulty finding a place off the area. The staff was pleasant and our room was ready soon after we arrived from our cruise."

"The staff was welcoming, helpful, and prompt in responding to our messages whenever we had questions or needed assistance. We truly appreciated their attentiveness and hospitality.
While the hotel is aesthetically pleasing, it lacks some basic practical amenities that need immediate attention to prevent further inconvenience to guests.
One major concern is the **lack of a towel bar or hook outside the shower doors**. This creates an uncomfortable situation, as guests must step out of the...

"Great 5 nt stay. Courteous and helpful staff (excellent English) and immaculate room. 6005 airport bus across the street but ck the pick up times. Good location but expect some difficulty getting a taxi for shorter distances (too close for drivers to bother). Better to plan on using subway for closer destinations - Gwanghwamun, Gyeongbokgung, Myeongdong, Insadong…"
