Dirty!!!! Walked in and walked out! Did not stay here! No pillow cases, no fitted sheet- dirty sheet on top of dirty mattress pad. Stained hand towels. Horrible place. Dirty footprint on top of bed sheet.

The room trashy, the picture is not how the rooms look. The remote was broken. Only 2 pillows and they did not give you more if needed and refused to change the sheets as there was a stain. We were told they washed and cleaned everyday.

The pool was closed due to someone pooping in it on purpose. The room was dirty, there was a ring around the tub as well as hair on the wall of the shower. The sheets were dirty with stains. The breakfast was horrible and very bare minimum.

First we tried to do early check in and the lady at the front desk told us we couldn't because the rooms werent done being cleaned. The room smelled horrible, alls you could smell was weed smell. We found garbage on the floor, like a few gummies and a poker stick for drugs. No tv or internet.

OMG THIS WAS WORST PLACE THAT I EVER TRAVELED TO.. Very dirty, no toilet paper in room or towels, bed sheets were bloody, and when i said something respond was "they were washed so that clean". Place stink like sour and staff very unprofessional. When i asked for simple toilet paper i received respond:we are out and if you want to complain about anything else you can leave. My dad and i were traveling from las vegaas to East coast so we eneded up leaving at 11pm because we could not stand the smell. and also when we tuned shower on water was brown for about 10 min and when we asked hotel staff respond was "thats normal just wait 10-15 min and than it will stop but keep the water running in mean time.

This was one of the most derelict, dirty hotels I've ever entered. We checked into our room despite the tarp on the roof, rotting exterior and filthy lobby. Our room, if possible was worse. Carpets have not been vacuumed in months/years, hallways reeked of pot or fried foods. Rivers of god knows what running down the walls. Every piece of furniture was covered in splatters and stains. The curtain was cut in half and hanging by threads, holes punched in the wall, mirror seriously cracked, windows so filthy you could hardly see out them, dirty linens, bathroom smelled of urine. After securing a different hotel for the weekend we checked out the same day. Still trying to get refund for this place. The hotel doesn't answer their phone. Probably due to the sign on the front counter stating "They've stepped away for a moment, please call one of two numbers." Likely out back smoking.

The window had been left open in the room. There were ants in our room, both on the desk & on the beds. Someone on the staff knocked on our door 10min before checkout, notifying us of our checkout time(which we already knew about). There was a very rude sign posted at the front desk before checking in stating: I will be back in 10 min but if i’m not just read this message again. There were probably 50 people trying to all check in at the same time, due to the sign that was posted & not being able to at least check in through the system before 3pm. Everyone was either going to the concert in town or volleyball tournament. Which then put everyones check in time later than 3pm. There was one lady that was apologetic & helpful( I think she had tattoos) But the other female at the front desk was very rude & short with everyone. I hope this place can clean up their act & environment, so others don’t have to experience what we had to.

Breakfast wasnt fresh no coffee or juice the room looked like someone hadn't stayed in it for awhile nothing was plugged in the remote didn't even have batteries in it and the tv wasn't watchable since the card for the direct TV was missing and there wasn't any towels
